Best Bookshelf Speakers

The best bookshelf speakers will vary from person to person depending on what they like to listen to. So the best sounding speakers for bass or acoustic music will vary. But, with bookshelf speaker pairs, the woofers are usually not too big varying from 5.25" to 6.5" and sometimes 8". But, larger than that and it usually will no longer be considered bookshelf models. The JBL bookshelf speakers in the video are some of the best I've owned not only for price because the were under $200, but they have lasted of 20 years and still sound great. The woofers are big enough for decent bass reproduction and the tweeters are smooth for long listening periods. These are un-powered, but some may prefer or need powered speakers. Other brands like Klipsch, Polk Audio, Yamaha and many other audiophile manufacturers have many lines of high end speakers to choose from.
